My theoretical approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-focused (SFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy(ACT), Emotion- Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). Together we will explore paths towards resilience and well-being, empowering you to find meaning and balance.
