I bring a wealth of life experience to my practice, shaped by my education, taking risks, and learning through challenges—including living and working abroad. Navigating new environments as a minority and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds sparked my love of culture and deepened my curiosity about human behaviour. These experiences have given me a unique perspective that I bring to my work every day.

I started my journey with a Bachelor of Social Science degree from the University of Ottawa in 2001. For years, I supported students in schools and universities, helping them with academics, career planning, and personal challenges. Along the way, I realized I wanted to do more, so I returned to school to expand my skills, earning a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Manitoba and a Master of Social Work from the University of Windsor in 2021. Over the years, I’ve worked in mental health agencies, hospice care, and supported individuals with complex needs, all of which have shaped my passion for helping people.

My approach is built on the values of communication, connection, and collaboration. I truly believe that by strengthening these areas, you can improve your daily life, find more satisfaction, and create space for growth.
It’s a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they navigate their journeys, and I look forward to supporting you on yours.
