I hold a Master of Social Work degree from York University; I regularly participates in various mental health trainings. I am a Registered Social Worker with membership in the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, the Ontario Association of Social Workers, and the National Anger Management Association.

With over 17 years of experience working with youth, adults, and families, I’m here to walk alongside you. My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner strength, build resilience, and find a sense of peace one step at a time.

I blend techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Strength-Based and Trauma-Informed Therapy. Together, we’ll work on building your “toolbox” of coping strategies to help you navigate life’s challenges and move towards a healthier, more fulfilling life.

My background and empathetic approach have enabled countless individuals and families to navigate through some of life’s toughest challenges. I am known for my listening and calm, welcoming style, creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can feel comfortable and authentic.

Whether you’re facing a mental health challenge, navigating a major life event, or simply looking to enhance your overall well-being, I’m here to support you.
